REZONING LAND LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF BUENA PARK ROAD & STH 83-20 REFERRED TO AS LOT 41,AND CREATING SECTION 245-81
OF THE VILLAGE OF WATERFORD MUNICIPAL CODE
DECEMBER 11, 2017 6:30 P.M.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Village Board of the Village of Waterford, Racine County, Wisconsin, of a public hearing regarding an ordinance introduced by the Village Board of the Village of Waterford, rezoning land from Business District and providing for the amendment of the Zoning Code, Chapter 245, creating s. 245-81 Park Meadow Planned Community Development District, of the Code of the Village of Waterford, to be held on October 23, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Hall, 123 North River Street, Waterford, Wisconsin, 53185.
The land affected by this rezoning will be known as the Park Meadow Planned Community Development District. Lot 41 is located at the northwest corner of Buena Park Road and STH 83-20 and consists of 29.99 acres, and is legally described as:
Lot Forty-one (41) in FAIRVIEW ESTATES ADDITION 1, being Outlot Four (4) of Fairview Estates and Additional Lands located in part of the Southwest One-quarter (1/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), in Township Four (4) North, Range Nineteen (19) East, in the Village of Waterford, Racine County Wisconsin. Excepting therefrom those lands conveyed in a Warranty Deed recorded on October 16, 2000 in Volume 3080 of Records, at Page 809, as Document No. 1745910. Also excepting therefrom those lands conveyed to the State of Wisconsin in a Quit Claim Deed recorded on May 6, 2002 in Volume 3424 of Records, as Page 306, as Document No. 1830017. Excepting therefrom those lands described as Certified Survey Map No. 2882, recorded on November 8, 2007 in Volume 9 of Certified Survey Map No. 2882, recorded on November 8, 2007 in Volume 9 of Certified Survey Maps, Pages 270 to 274 inclusive, as Document No. 2153981. Parcel Identification Number: 191 04 19 27 003 410
The ordinance will provide standards for permitted uses; dwelling standards; garbage collection; building standards; off-street parking facilities; electric and telephone service; a grading plan; a developer’s agreement; landscaping; easements; private street and drive maintenance; and zoning termination provisions. THIS ORDINANCE HAS THE EFFECT OF CHANGING THE ALLOWABLE USE OF THE PROPERTY IN THE AREA DESCRIBED ABOVE. The complete text of the ordinance and a map of the Village are available for viewing at the Village Hall and are also available on the Village website at: http://www.waterfordwi.org.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said hearing opportunity will be given to any person or persons, whether or not represented by agent or attorney, to be heard either for or against the requested zoning changes.
