Voting ID

All residents of the Village of Waterford vote in the lower level of Village Hall, 123 N. River Street. (note: If your house number is more than three numbers long, you are not a Village of Waterford resident. You are most likely a Town of Waterford resident and should vote at the Town Hall.

Voter ID

Voter ID is now the law. The Government Accountability Board (GAB) oversees Wisconsin elections and has prepared a Bring It to the Ballot: Voting in Wisconsin and the Voter Photo Identification Law. This guide includes details on the new Voter ID - acceptable identification and how to get a free Wisconsin photo ID if you don't have one. it also explains absentee voting, voter registration, eligibility, proof of residency requirements and answers many questions you may have about voting.

Early In-Person Absentee Voting

For the November 3rd General Election, early In-person absentee voting will begin on Tuesday October 20th through Friday October 30th, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS, in the lower level of the Village Hall. Absentee voting hours are 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
